“I always loved to sing, and my mom was always doing musical theater, and my dad was always with his acoustic guitar and Bob Dylan harmonica neck brace with all his harmonicas. So Dad definitely got me more influenced on the blues and folk side, but my mom put me in musical theater at 6 years old.”
