“My buddy gave good advice though. He has two sons and he said that we should never say, you know, 'don't eat that!' about junk food or whatever. He said to explain what's in the junk food, what it does to your body. He always gives reasons as to why he's saying don't do this, or don't do that. He explains it and breaks it down. I like that logic.”
