“I don’t have faith, but I was touched by Suzanne’s. Despite her love for God, she feels that the monastic life is not for her, and she does everything she can to escape it. She never plays the victim in her trials. I was impressed by the pride and dignity she maintains. Suzanne taught me a great deal.”
