They are like predators- beasts of prey. They will pounce on the weak, and won’t hesitate to rip them apart, if it suits them. They sniff out the kind hearted and caring people. Don’t waste your energy in trying to mould them because, firstly, it’s very difficult to change them and secondly it’s most certainly not YOUR duty to change anyone. What you should do instead is to send out a very clear message that your kindness, your gentleness or your caring nature are NOT your weaknesses- they are your strength. This nature of yours gives you the courage and the strength to do what you do. Believe me; they do not have the courage to take you on because they are like bullies who are basically cowards at heart. Let kindness and gentleness be your strength.”
