This Synod should lead to an examination of conscience. Perhaps our failure to evangelize comes from our inability to recognize the presence of Jesus because our hearts are not "fixed on Jesus". Perhaps we listen more to voices from the hedonistic, materialistic, consumeristic culture than to the Word of God which, in theory, we give so much importance to”
