“"I believe everyone has the right to seek career development and pursue happiness, but I also know leaving the country won’t solve the problems in the healthcare system. I’m not too worried, though; those who have left will build capacity and many will return in later years to contribute positively to the Nigerian health system."”

“"I guess our way of life has become more sedentary and unhealthy with desk jobs and fast food. Simple daily decisions can help to prolong life and reduce the risk for cancer"”

““Choice Communication Programme is aimed at assisting women to change their attitude towards seeking healthcare because by being accountable for their health, they will be able to help their family and contribute to the development of a larger society."”

“"I envision equitable healthcare for all Nigerian women, and I involve myself in projects that empower women. The reason is simple, I am a woman, and women in developing countries face so many barriers to living productive and fulfilled lives, poor access to health is just one barrier."”

“"90 per cent of people who detect their health challenges on time do not need rigorous expenses for treatment. Preventive and early detection help to avoid spending all your resources on management of the sickness."”
